We have more than 20 customised designed petrol stations found all over Cambodia. Our organisation places a high level of importance on safety beliefs, values and attitudes—and these are shared by the everyone within. It can be characterised as ‘the way we do things around here’. We take the time to educate, train, motivate, clarify including regular meetings to discuss new opportunities to improve safety. Every worker is empowered with autonomy to address safety problems daily, communicating their concerns without fear as they know the safety procedures and believe that they are important and necessary. We belief that investment of needed time (in training, meetings, discussions) and money (through PPE, maintaining condition of equipment and new safety technologies) into achieving of our safety objective.

We have many years of experiences working with oil majors and resources to close it.
